Late Arrival:
When your arrival time delays the efficiency of others, not only are you costing yourself money, you are costing your associates money forcing them to wait on you.

Careless Punch-Clock Management:
The time it takes to fix that which should be done correctly by you, not only cost you money, but it forces someone else to spend time fixing your careless behavior, which cost them money.

Failure to Post Punch Headlines, or corresponding Trello Notes:
Sloppy or non-existant notes not only creates opportunity for wasted time in showing up for a job ill-prepared, or spending time collecting items that are no longer required, but can make it very difficult to defend the clock time spent doing work, which reduces your billable time and cost you money.

Remember, we can create a punch clock report that shows the headline tasks for punching in to begin with; Trello is where we should be able to collect more details in the specifics of the time spent there overall. Punch-IN: Why? (headline of tasks), Trello: Details of the work done during that time, including Tasks, new and completed; new product transferred to the boat and instructions or notes for the next trip out to the boat.

Billable Time
This is the key to your bonus! Get those billable hours up, improve your Productivity Ratio; you will earn more money. We spend thousands of dollars a month for you to have a place to work and for a stream of customers that want to pay you for it, but the more unjustified hours we spend doing work, the less we can collect for it - the less you make. Be so good that you can do 1 hour of work in 45 minutes! Become great at your job!

Production Ratio

Billable Time รท Clocked Time = Production Ratio
